Since 1999, Restaurant eFund, Inc. has listened to the specific and unique needs of the restaurant owner about accepting a check as a form of payment. We've learned about the speed of service challenges, the concern for keeping costs low, the effect of bank fees, and worst of all the lost revenue due to a stack of bad checks. Some felt that there was no solution that would allow them to offer the convenience of taking checks safely. Some owners, frustrated and discouraged, have even decided to no longer accept checks as a form of payment. This was a painful decision, knowing that checks are the second most popular form of payment next to cash, and many of those transactions have been driven to credit cards with even more expensive fees.
As a result of listening we discovered that by simply focusing our energies on the specific needs of the Restaurant Industry we could provide a never before seen level of service, becoming the only bad check reimbursement organization specifically and exclusively designed by the restaurant industry.
By obtaining real feedback from restaurant owners, with front line experience, and by incorporating the power of focus, the Restaurant eFund is now serving 10's of 1000's of restaurants and major franchise chains including McDonald's, KFC, Burger king, Chick-Fil-A, Sonic, Pizza Hut, Long John Silver's, and many others throughout 45 states. Because of our dedication to the industry we have active membership in the New Mexico Restaurant Association, Texas Restaurant Association, Oklahoma Restaurant Association, and the National Restaurant Association as well as the American Collector's Association. We are proudly serving Golden Corral, Souper Salad, Ci Ci's Pizza, Peets Coffee & Tea, Applebee's, Buffet's Inc and Luby's Cafeterias at the corporate level.
